Hello. For wheel chair users we recommend the "Studio - Disability Access", it has a kingsize bed on the ground floor. The "King Studio with Sofa Bed" has a sofa bed and a kingsize bed upstairs. All the other rooms have a sofabed downstairs.

Hello. Every room has a blackout jalousie. Every unit is airconditioned. All the units are on the ground floor, so no elevator needed.

Hello. In every apartment we can accommodate up to 4 people. 2 apartments can accommodate even 5 people.

„Perkekter Ausgangspunkt für einen Wienbesuch!
Ein wunderschönes Appartement in toller Lage. U-Bahn direkt vor der Türe, Fahrt zum Zentrum 5-10Minuten, Flughafen ca 35 Minuten. Supermarkt und Bäcker in 2 Minuten erreichbar. Direkt an der Donauinsel. Perfekt ausgestattet in Küche und Bad, bequeme Betten. Schön, dass auch an „Kleinigkeiten“ wie Spültabs, Duschgel,Waschmittel etc. gedacht wurde. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!!
Für empfindliche Schläfer eine Herausforderung, da das Haus sehr hellhörig ist, wodurch man jede Bewegung aus den anderen Wohnungen hört. Direkt an der Hauptstraße ist es unter der Woche schon früh recht laut und die U-Bahn hört man beim Einfahren und spürt sie sogar auf der unteren Wohnebene (vielleicht ist das in höheren Geschossen besser).

«Ottima sistemazione per visitare la città»
ottima sistemazione, vicinissima alla metropolitana, supermercati, ristoranti. l’appartamento è perfetto, ci sono tutte le comodità per un soggiorno molto confortevole
è un po’ rumorosa per la metropolitana e perché affaccia su una strada molto transitata.
